The separation of Church and State has been much on my mind lately because Rick Santorum, whose poll numbers seem to have been soaring lately in the race to become the GOP nominee, has been all over MSM talking about it. he’s a shit stain, but other than my usual outrage at idiocy, i don’t really worry about him. mainly because the voter turnout at most of the GOP primaries has been abysmal. so when you see his popularity soaring, it’s soaring in a room of like 5 people.
I am just pulling my hair out over this guy. Why is this extremist able to get anyone to like him – much less vote for him?

Hubby thinks I should avoid getting political over here, because this is a blog that is usually more humourous. However, as I said, I don’t do it often… my only hope at the moment for the US is that the Republicans have no one at all who could actually beat Obama, But, why should they waste a good candidate this election when Obama is hog tied by them right now anyhow? Hence Palin not being in the running – saving her to bring ALLLLL the nut jobs out of the woods and into the voting booth?
