Hiya. I’ve been thinking about my font, it is a bit serif-y for my taste. Any ideas? I’ve just left it the bog-standard it came with, but I’m sure it can be changed. I also want to ask if the font is too small. I pinch-zoom on my iPad, and don’t use a desktop anything, so I don’t know how it looks to y’all. Help?
If anyone says comic sans, you’ll be barred 🙂
Um…How’s about Comic Sans? Has that been suggested yet? *ducks for cover*
I like your font just fine but I would kick the size up just a notch. Isn’t it fun playing and tweaking?
DID YOU SEE THE PART ABOUT BEING BANNED?! Of course I couldn’t do that to ya. But sheesh. So, it is too small, then. I thought it might be. Plan to turn on one of the laptops today and tweak it a bit.
That’s why I knew I could be the one to say it 😉 You’d never ban Moi! I think just one tic bigger would be fine but hey, I’m just one reader out here so I could be totally full of it.
Verdana is a friendly font.
Right, so here I am looking at this, and it will cost me $30 a year to use their font system, or I can do something called css which I have no idea at this point what that is. Nevermind, I guess, until I get a chance to see what css is all about.
Your font looks too small to me, Mr. Spiders. I have a big monitor and the small type-face which you use for the body of your text, is a little difficult to read…it gets lost on the screen.
Thanks! I’ll educate myself on how to change it from the comfort of said iPad. I’m in pain, hunched over trying to use the laptop. I just cannot do all the needed site maintenance from the iPad.
Okay, thanks all, for the input. There are, according to the help forums, two ‘themes’ that come with a bigger font – but they both suck balls. I like the colors of this theme, they remind me of Socks and make me think happy thoughts. I’m certainly not spending thirty dollars on a bigger, different, font. Bummer.
It’s ok, you’re worth trying to read the smaller text. 😀
